We want your purchase to be totally perfect for you. We’re happy to accept the return of unsuitable items as long as they are returned unworn or used and in its original condition and sealed packaging where appropriate (within 10 days of receipt for UK customers and 14 days for non-UK customers).
To return your order, please first email email@example.com. We will then supply you with an authorised Returns Form to complete and return with your order.
Please do not return your order without first contacting Lustre & Love for an approved returns form as parts of an order may be requested to be returned to an alternative address.

How long does a refund take?
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible less any notified fees.
This should take just a few days after we have received and checked your returned item.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If payment in part is by gift card or voucher then refunds will be in the original payment format.
