Most of our designers do offer a bespoke service or customisation of existing designs (e.g. changes in size or colour). Whilst we do offer dyeable wedding shoes, we do not currently offer a shoe dying service. This is something we hope to be able to offer in the future.

Simply select the item/s you would like and add them to your basket. You can then either continue shopping or proceed to checkout where you can pay via secure payment.

You are not required to create an account on our website to place an order.

Whilst we understand that it is helpful to try on a variety of pieces to help create your look, due to the handcrafted nature of many of our pieces we respectfully ask that you limit any single order of the same type to 2 items only. For example, 2 pairs of shoes, 2 headpieces etc.

Some of our designers have different return policies so please ensure that you read the returns policy for each item you are ordering.

As a small business it is not possible for us to hold huge amounts of stock. We very much want to help as many brides as possible and encourage you to contact us via our contact form if you need any help or advice in choosing your perfect piece. Thank you for your understanding.

Once your order has been processed, it cannot be amended. Please call or email us in the first instance and we will do our very best to help. If, however we cannot amend your order, we will be happy to arrange an exchange or refund once you have received it. This is subject to our returns policy. Orders placed from outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes imposed by your local government. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to settle these import taxes directly with the government relevant government agency.

To use a promotional code, please enter it in the discount code box when placing your order. We are unable to process any promotional codes after the order has been placed. No more than one promotional code can be used on one order. Some promotional codes are valid for certain brands only. With a little TLC, your jewellery can stay beautiful. Here are some of our tips in caring for your jewellery:

Remove all jewellery before showering or swimming. Soap can leave a residue on the jewellery and chlorine in swimming pools can cause damage to your jewellery.

Wear your silver jewellery often. Shutting silver away can speed up the tarnishing process. Tarnish can be removed with a silver polishing cloth.

Wrap or store necklaces with fine chains separately to prevent them becoming tangled.

White gold plated jewellery is coated with rhodium to give its white effect. This can wear off over time and wear.

Don’t wear jewellery whilst doing manual work. Gemstones can chip and metal work can get scratched.

Don’t apply makeup, soap, hairspray or use household cleaners whilst wearing jewellery as these products can leave a residue on your jewellery and lead to discolouration or tarnishing.

Don’t use silver polishing cloths or cleaning solutions on gold plated jewellery as this may tarnish the plating.

DELIVERY

Delivery options are given at the point of checkout. We currently offer free standard delivery on all orders (1-3 working days). Express delivery can be selected at checkout at £6.95 (1-2 working days when ordered before 1pm, Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day.

If an item you wish to purchase is out of stock, please contact us and we may be able to advise you when it is expected to be back in stock.

All our prices are in GBP. Your card provider will apply an appropriate exchange rate.

RETURNS

We are happy to accept returned items providing it is in its original condition and in the original packaging, within 10 days of the receipt of the item for UK orders and 14 days for international orders. Please see our returns policy for full details.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are excluded from our returns policy.

No, we do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
