How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Stock order items we aim to dispatch & deliver in 3-5 days.

Express delivery (orders placed before 1pm) takes 1-2 working days dependent on Designer.

Eu orders will take 5-7 working days.
Rest of World will take 7-10 working days.

If your order includes any items that are customised or modified then your order will be dispatched once all the items are in stock. The approximate timescale for made-to-order items is stated on the product description page.

Orders with ‘made to order’ items will typically be dispatched once all items are in stock (unless requested otherwise). Once your order is due to be dispatched, we will send a notification that your order is on its way.

How much is delivery?

Orders over £150 are FREE

(Orders placed by 1pm, Monday-Friday)




Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, you can have your order delivered to another address. If you choose to have your parcel delivered to your work, always make sure you put the name of the company/ organisation in the address field. Please also note that all our orders will need a signature and/ or will be tracked on delivery.


Who do you use for delivery?

We normally use Royal Mail for our deliveries, but retain the right to use other more appropriate delivery services or couriers for multiple items & larger orders.


Do deliveries require a signature?

Some deliveries will require a signature. If there is no one available to accept the parcel at the time of delivery and a signature is required, Royal Mail (or other delivery service) will leave a card for you to arrange a collection or re delivery.

Please note: Customers receiving goods outside the European Union are responsible for any local taxes and / or duties incurred. Any customers rejecting parcels for this reason will receive a refund net of any cost incurred by us in recovering the goods.


The small print

Lustre & Love will not accept responsibility for Express Delivery orders which do not arrive on time due to circumstances beyond our control. We will of course, make every effort to dispatch the items within the required timescale and contact you if we think your order may not arrive on the specified date.

As long as the item is trackable, has been dispatched on the date specified and was scheduled for delivery as requested by the customer, Lustre & Love is under no obligation to send a duplicate item or refund any postage costs.

Your statutory rights are not affected in this case and you (the customer) will still be under obligation to accept the goods when they arrive and use the stated returns procedure detailed to request a refund if you no longer require the item.

Lustre & Love cannot be held responsible for goods which arrive too late for a
scheduled dress fitting, an event or Wedding day. We recommend that all customers allow adequate time for their order to be delivered and ordering will be assumed as acceptance our terms including during instances of Force Majeure.

If an item is out of stock or if we are experiencing a peak period, you will be notified within 24 hours of us receiving your order. In this case, delivery may take a little longer but we will keep you informed at every stage about your order.
